In case the gadget is given with NO POWER/NO DISPLAY/ completely non-functional, only post our through check-up, we will be able to revert with exact diagnosis and list of damaged parts. We follow a decision tree approach to repair the problem, thus it could be quite possible that we may call you more than once to seek a revised approval of additional parts. 4. Primefixit.com request to all its customer to fully ensure and sign the quality check sheet before repair or giving & taking handover of his/her device at the time of pickup &drop, any problems unrelated to our repair will not be our responsibility post customer’s acceptance of the repaired device. 5. Prime fixit.com guarantees 100% data security however, due to the nature of our service, no data loss and 100% data recovery is not guaranteed. The Customer fully indemnifies prime fixit.com for all software/licenses validity/originality that the customer has on its equipment/device primefixit.com request to all its customers to retain original CDs/ Licenses for any loss of installed application software during the process of repair. Prime fixit.com is not liable for any instance of pre –installed pirated software. 6. The repair/ workmanship warranty stands for 30 days, provided gadget is not treated/opened/managed by any other vendor, post our last repair. Replaced parts warranty is separate but is still subject to the above mentioned clause. Warranty is provided for the same repair& fault. In any physically damaged gadget or gadgets with identified hardware damages, it is quite possible that any part which is intermittently working can potentially completely stop functioning, while we are in the process of diagnosing and resolving the reported issue/s. In such scenario,prime fixit.com will not be held liable for returning the gadget in the exact(pre-received) partial working condition, although we do not interfere with working of parts which have not been reported as faulty by customer, we will ensure that you are informed about upcoming issues if we discover them. 6. • The Warranty does not cover any incidences of physical damage, screen breakage accidently or other wise or any other breakage or liquid damage caused by external environment after the device has been delivered to the customer. The service provider's after-service warranty does not cover the following condition: 6.1 Body or frame damage caused by mishandling. 6.2 Water Damage. 6.3 Damage from subsequent vertical falls, whether intentional or otherwise. 6.4 Internal hardware tampering. 6.5 Damage resulting from repairs other than Phixman. 6.6 Software issue unrelated to the repair. 6.7 New Damages unrelated to the original repair. 6.8 Any losses of data occurring as a result of the repair. In cases of physically damaged devices that also resulting damage to sensor ,processor (or motherboard) ,liquid damage devices or devices with a problem in the processor or any pre- identified serious hardware damage , it is possible that any spare part which is intermittently working or not working at the time of receipt / Job Card creation at prime fixit, may potentially stop functioning altogether during the course of diagnostics and repairing . In such scenario ,prime fixit will not be held liable to Return the device in the original condition of receipt. The customer duty understands the risk of repairing such devices and hereby acknowledges to accept the decision taken by the prime fixit.com ,and would not hold the company legally responsible for the cost of device or any loss of data or information. The Repair / diagnosis of device might resulting in more wear & tear ,hence the device might not be returned absolutely as in same condition . Specifically ,in certain cases of Liquid Damage ,It would not be possible for prime fixit to return the devices in the original condition of receipt. **""In case of refurbishment of screen there is a chance of screen failure, in that case high quality screen with a warranty of 3 months will be provided from prime fixit . For the cases of 100% OG products, pricing may vary. **. For curved screen glass replacements, the company shall not take any risk over the LCD. The job shall be done only when permitted from the client's end. In case of failure, the company shall not be responsible. • Although utmost care and precaution will be maintained by prime fixit to ensure safety of the device / device in lines of the policy of safety and protection of companies assets ,and to retrieve / recover data & / or protect Data during the course of Diagnostics or Repair , however it does not guarantees data protection or prevention of loss of data during the course of Diagnostics or Repair. 7. Prime fixit offers a Service Warranty upto 90 days on Installation of selected LCD Screens , and a General Service Warranty covering services and repair . workmanship of 30days on all other repairs and services. the Warranty is valid subject to the device not serviced & or tampered by any other vendor after the last repair with prime fixit .In certain cases of Liquid Damage ,or other complex devices , prime fixit.com may offer a Limited Warranty or No Warranty . For Certain Spare Parts a Limited Warranty of 14 Days or Less may be extended to the customer ,how ever all warranty period will be notified on the Customer Invoice. 8.In case the customer denies/does not approve repair charge and requests return of the device, we would charge INR 299 as diagnose / logistics charge. In case customer has provided the approval, and we are unable to source the part or not being able to repair, we return the gadget with complete amount without any deduction. ** Customer shave to pay our visit charges of INR 299.00 during our warranty period as per company policy. 9. All phones which are fixed or repaired will be held for 15 days maximum. Post repair if delivery not claimed by the customer, after 15 days company won’t be responsible for any loss/damage. We reserve the right at our sole discretion that replacing the old part of your device with our new part will be taken back by the company. If Customer need to handover the replaced part to our technician post repair of device. 10. Prime fixit.com has a secure and streamlined process to ensure your device's safety, however is not responsible for any loss /damage of the gadget during the time of transit service/repair or while the gadget is in the custody of prime fixit .com as there are uncontrollable factors that might cause the same (theft / robbery / act of god etc.) Please note that while collecting the invoice, ensure the request ID/invoice id is mentioned at all times All Devices submitted for repairer accompanied by a Job Card which is a Unique Reference Number that is either prepared by customer online or any primefixit Staff electronically. The Customer is required to keep this document for all future references. Upon creation of a Job Card , an Official prime fixit Representative will Repair Customer Device On-Site or pickup and return to Repair Headquarter for Device Evaluation & Diagnostics and preparation of the Repair Estimate , that includes all charges for repair & service of the device including GST & Service Tax. of the repaired device. 13. Prime fixit aims to offer 100%customer satisfaction , how ever any disputes or Legal matters would be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
